Shipping Locations & Estimated Delivery Times

We currently ship worldwide, including to:

  • United States & Canada: 15–20 business days

  • Europe & United Kingdom: 28–32 business days (Monday–Friday)

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days before dispatch.

Shipping Costs

  • United States: FREE delivery on all orders

  • Other Regions: Shipping costs may vary depending on location and order size.

Change of Address

  • Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to update your shipping address.

  • Once your order is in transit, we cannot make changes to the delivery address.

Order Cancellations

  • If your order has not been dispatched, we can cancel it upon request.

  • If your order has shipped, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for assistance.

Damaged Parcels in Transit

  • If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately at support@thermodeals.com.

  • If the parcel was delivered in your absence, take clear photos of the damage and contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

  • Your tracking number

  • A link or instructions to track your shipment

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders:

  • You are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by your local government.

  • These fees are not included in our shipping costs and must be paid upon delivery.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package shows as “delivered” but you haven’t received it:

  2. We will open an investigation with the courier and provide updates.
