1. 60-Day Return Policy

We offer a 60-day return window from the date your order is delivered. To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In original packaging with all tags attached

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items marked “non-returnable” at checkout

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before initiating a return.


3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email support@thermodeals.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions.

⚠ Do not return items without prior approval — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Contact us within 7 days of receipt at support@thermodeals.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund promptly.


5. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for:

  • Damaged items

  • Defective items

  • Incorrect items received

To request an exchange, email support@thermodeals.com.


6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect items), we cover the shipping cost.

  • If returning for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for shipping.

All returns must be shipped using the label we provide. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns sent via unapproved methods.


7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account
